This policy explains how Pirehub handles information when you visit ntanduy.com, create or use an account, contact support, place an order, use AI chat, upload a file, or use a tool, API, or service that links to this page. It does not govern independent third-party websites or services that Pirehub merely links to; those parties apply their own terms and policies.
Information Pirehub processes
Pirehub processes information you provide or that an authentication provider sends to Pirehub, including account details, display name, contact information, support content, order data, and service configuration. When you use AI chat or an online tool, processed data may include prompts, messages, images, files, URLs, and other input needed to perform your request. The system also records technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, access time, request identifiers, sign-in events, error and security logs, and preferences or temporary queues stored in cookies, local storage, or session storage in your browser.
How information is used
Information is used to perform the function you request; create and protect sign-in sessions; save preferences; provide, manage, and support services; process orders and transactions; respond to contacts; detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents; diagnose failures; measure use of public pages; and meet legal obligations. Account, chat, and support content is not treated as public unless you deliberately publish it or the feature you select is designed to create a public result. Marketing email is sent only when there is an appropriate basis, such as a newsletter subscription, and can be stopped through the unsubscribe link in the message.
Service providers and data sharing
Pirehub uses infrastructure and CDN, storage and database, authentication, AI, payment, email, security, abuse prevention, and analytics providers where needed to perform a function. Pirehub limits the information sent to a provider to what is reasonably needed for the relevant function, but that processing is also governed by the provider's own policy and may occur outside your country of residence. Sensitive payment information entered in a payment provider's interface is processed by that provider; Pirehub generally receives only the reference, status, amount, and order information needed to complete or support the transaction. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Pirehub's rights, and the security of the service.
Security and retention
Pirehub applies technical and operational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, including access controls, scope-based permissions, incident monitoring, and encryption or hashing for sensitive contact data in appropriate storage workflows. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Data is kept as needed to provide services, maintain transaction history, handle support, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When an account is deleted, some data is deleted or separated from the user's identity; certain transaction, support, audit, or security records may remain where there is a valid reason to retain them. Data stored in your browser remains until the application, the browser, or you remove it.
Your choices and rights
You can update available account settings, unsubscribe from marketing email, and clear cookies or browser storage. Depending on the type of data and applicable law, you may ask what information Pirehub holds about you, request a correction, obtain a copy, or request deletion. Pirehub may need to verify your identity and the scope of the request before acting on it. A request may be limited where records must be kept to protect an account, prevent fraud, reconcile transactions, investigate security issues, exercise legal rights, or meet legal obligations. Blocking cookies or browser storage may prevent sign-in, cart, tool history, or interface preference features from working correctly.
